Blogi on ollut tauolla! Mutta palaamme pian! | This blog has taken some time off…! But we’ll back soon!

It’s been a while since I/we have made our last post to this blog (over 6 months…). And I guess some of you followers have noticed the lack of posts… This blog is getting back active now during the summer so in a few weeks (June /July)! There has been a reason for this break, but more about it later…!
But anyway, pour precious and beautiful daughter is healthy and fine and growing up so fast! And just in a few months it will be her 1st birthday! Time goes by so fast…! (and there are tons of new pics from the last 6 months that are waiting to be published and tons of news about what’s been going on with a growing up kid!So stay tuned, there is a new “comeback post” coming up during the next few weeks!

Have a nice summer everyone! And happy International Pride Month (June) for all the rainbow families and LGBTQ-people! ❤
(Though there are tons of Pride events around the world in July and August too, June is the official Pride month to celebrated each year  to honor the June 28th 1969 Stonewall riots in Manhattan, NYC).

Helsinki Pride 2013

Here are some pics from today’s Helsinki Pride 2013 parade! Our “tummyalien” had a first pride experience today, though he/she doesn’t know it yet :D. Maybe next year we’ll be part of the parade too (today Mommy A was way too tired to walk much… Only 4 weeks left!).

Though her gaybybaby tummy got a lot of lovely attention today! And the weather was nice, not too hot and no rain!
And there were way more people than I’ve ever seen before (since….1997, I guess….). Tons of cool costumes, balloons, and cool Tom of Finland fans and “bear gays”.

And also many seniors and rainbow families. Even US Embassy was attending. I guess they were celebrating the end of DOMA and Prop8 in the US!

(Please do not copy any of these pics, if you wish to borrow/use some of these, do email us first, thanks!)
